However access to justice is becoming merely a dream inspite of the commitment from the State together with support both internationally and nationally. Failure to implement a proper monitoring and implementation system by the Government of Nepal, it has become very difficult for survivors to get support, justice and a conducive environment.

महिला तथा बालबालिका बेचविखन दक्षिण एसियाको एक गम्भीर मुद्दा हो । यस क्षेत्रमा खासगरी कामको खोजीमा हुने महिलाको स्थानागमनलाई यौन दासता वा अन्य किसिमको जोखिमपूर्ण अवस्थासँग दाँजेर हेर्ने चलन छ । खासगरी श्रमजीवी वर्गका ग्रामीण महिलाहरू कामको खोजीमा स्थानागमन गर्न चाहन्छन् भने उनीहरू दासतापूर्ण अवस्थामा पर्न सक्छन् । त्यसैले उनीहरूको स्थानागमनलाई रोक्नु पर्छ भन्ने तर्क अघि सारिन्छ । यसरी बेचबिखनको जोखिमलाई कम गर्ने नाममा महिलाहरूको स्थानागमनका बारेमा नकारात्मक धारणा बनाउनु एवम् रोक लगाउनु महिला अधिकारको हनन् हो ।
